They make great window well covers but they really need to work on their communication and customer service. Called to order 3 covers and Brad said he would come by to measure the window wells and provide a quote. Didn’t hear anything for a couple of weeks so I called again. Not long after the second call I received an email quote. I responded to the email accepting the quote and gave them approval to build them.
