I went years with an issue whereby if I looked up, my entire left arm would get pins and needles within seconds. Finally went to a neurosurgeon, had x-rays and an MRI, and they said there was nothing they could find that surgery could fix, so they sent me to physical therapy. I was skeptical how PT was going to help a pinched nerve and expressed this to the therapist. Allison at Custom physical therapy in South Reno was amazing! She helped me with a back injury. She knew when to push me and what stretches to help my back heal. She listened and remembered details so well. Everyone on the staff was so kind and amazing. Couldn't recommend them enough!
