I have been going to Custom Physical Therapy for both my knee and my shoulders. The staff is marvelous. I recommend them to all of my friends.
Barbra and all the staff at this location are fantastic. The setting is professional, peaceful and mature. There isn't pounding music and disinterested techs/pts just going through the motions. They really listen to you and genuinely customize treatment for your injuries and ailments. My only complaint would be the silly virtual check in process they are trying to set up, clearly some salesman got a hold of someone way up top on the company and sold them on a dumb computer login process bypassing human interaction but the go... read more
Barbara is awesome! My daughter had surgery on her ACL on May 1st & began attending Custom PT a week later. The entire staff and the physicians at Custom PT are extremely courteous and friendly, making each visit a comfortable and informative.
All the therapists have been super helpful and supportive through my injury recovery! I look forward to attending my PT appointments every week and I am confident the excersizes I get assigned will result in a successful recovery.
The staff is very knowledgeable, caring, friendly.
