I have been on Custom Pest Control's preventative maintenance plan for several years and I am very happy with the service. With treatments twice a year, we get rid of pesky bugs. In addition, I've had their techs come out to address carpenter bees on our playset and wasps around our pool. In all instances, the techs were friendly, professional, and did the job well. I highly recommend CPC!

Ryan came to our home to address a mice problem we were having. He was very patient while listening to me explain the situation & duration of the problem. He then investigated our garage & basement where the mice were entering our home. He took the time to install steel wool in areas where he could see mice entering. Ryan was very thorough with his inspection. He was also very thorough in explaining what my husband & I needed to further do to prevent the mice from entering. Typical consumer studies show if happy with a business you tell around 3 other people, but if upset with a business you tell upwards of 10, I will double that at this companies poor business model. I have been a satisfied customer for several years until now. I have attempted to refer many new customers, most of whom recieve other estimates.
