I am a resident of Chester Springs who moved into a new house in 2004. A few years after moving in we hired a local contractor to build a raised patio. Sadly the design and workmanship was not that good and we were faced with repairs every 1-2 years. Low spots would develop and the steps would literally fall apart. We had Custom Patios LLC build a patio with stone masonry walls at our home in Downingtown and are extremely happy with the results. Steve was professional, easy to communicate with, and paid close attention to detail from start to finish.
