He did a job for me many years ago. The painting portion was fine, but he insisted he could do flooring. Then he and his brother proceeded to waste box after box of engineered hardwood, because they had no idea what they were doing. He also never gave me a quote on paper nor a receipt. When I complained he told me off and never answered me again. I will never make this mistake again.
