I am very disappointed with the repair experience I had at Custom Paint & Collision after a recent deer hit. Especially since the shop came recommended from a couple colleagues of mine. The job itself was pretty basic - new front bumper and grill. Everything was fine until my car was ready for pickup. They called me to let me know my car was ready and that $75 would be due for a paintless dent repair that was separate from the deer hit.
