I was going to write a long and detailed review of Fred and his poor customer service but then I realized that he is not even worth the time that it would take to write the review so here goes the condensed version...Fred is just an asshole who doesnt care about the meaning of good customer service after the sale. Once he has your money and does the initial poor job, he will refuse to fix any issues that arise after the work was done...so his "warranty" basically means nothing.
