We hired Custom Outdoor Concepts to build a pergola and install a sliding gate for the back area. The finished product is beautiful! All the trades people were professional and did fine work. Punch list items were resolved efficiently. Our biggest challenge was the overall timeline, much of which was due to the permitting process with the city. Thanks to the designer’s continuous efforts to work with the city, we were able to realize a majority of our vision for the space.
The most amazing experience and outcome from start to finish!!!! The communication and craftsmanship was topnotch, just a pleasure to work with the ENTIRE team!
We hired Custom Outdoor Concepts to replace our back deck, replace stairs to a detached garage apartment, and install an outdoor bathroom. They completed the work in a timely manner and addressed every issue with professionalism and know how. We couldn't be happier with the work they did. It looks great and will last a very long time.
