My son was referred to Custom Orthotics of London for plagiocephaly and received a helmet. I was skeptical at first, being a first time mom and hearing some negative things about the helmets online. I shared my concerns with the owner and was impressed with the response. We were very happy with the treatment he received and my son’s head was within normal range after only a few months. Thank you to the team, our family appreciates the time and care taken.
Just got home from picking up my TLSO. It's just over 17 years old. The original liner maybe had one more wearable session left in it. I was told about Custom Othotics, paid them a visit and much to my enjoyment they were able to refit my spine brace with a new lining. We had such a wonderful experience with Custom Orthotics of London! The whole process was smooth and stress-free, and the team explained everything with great care and patience. Our son Y Qam’s helmet came off today after about 3-4 months, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Truly grateful for their support and professionalism! Staff esp Katie is amazing what she does and I really loved the receptionist’s positive approach every time we visited.
Travel from Chatham to London for their services as its the best we have experienced since our journey with Afo started. Staff will help educate you on the brace and needs of the individual and always happy to answer questions. So happy we have started to come here.
Katie is absolutely amazing, she guided us through the entire process as we debated our decisions. Thank you to katie and to the lovely reception that always greatly us quth a smile, made a point to say hi to our son and one day even opened up early because we arrived way earlier than expected.
