I am very pleased with the work on my handrail going from the level of my back stoop to the level of the patio. Even though it was a very small job, they worked it into their schedule and were able to make and install it in a short time. It's very sturdy and attractive and has created a safer environment for me as I get older. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Worked at this company. Very unsafe work place. No one get rasies and are threatened to be fired if they ask for one, and I quote deater himself "if you ask again you will be fired, you were once my greats asset now you're my greatest liability." When asking about the pay increase Jim kramer and promised me after 90 days. Don't waste your time working for this company. They came out and I agreed on the estimate.I was told the job would be completed in 6 weeks. Now one ever contacted me back. Called the office twice for the individual that gave the estimate to call me back and I never received a call. Tried to go through my contractor that had done a prior job on our house that used the company, still no communication back.
