Came in to save the day! We used another vendor who placed our order right and said they could not expedite the foil process. Thankfully we found this company who was able to to a rush and get it right. Very please.

Rarely do I review businesses, but this has been a remarkably terrible experience. I do want to acknowledge and thank the customer service represenatives who spoke to me on the phone throughout this process. I placed an order on Friday 3/14 with guaranteed delivery on Friday 3/21. I specifically chose Custom Napkins Now because of their guaranteed delivery feature. I approved the design proofs the same day that I placed the order. I ordered 24 custom pens for my business. As soon as we started to use the pens, the lettering started to flake off. I had to prove this to customer service by sending a photo. It wasn't enough, they wanted more photos and even asked for a video. The video wasn't good enough. I had to line up all the pens and take another video. I sent another video showing how easily the lettering flaked off by simply running my nail over the letters.
