Eli and the Custom Mountain Renovations (CMR) team recently completed a remodel of our 30 year old home in Breckenridge. We were lucky enough to find Eli and the CMR team. After meeting with a few GCs it was obvious CMR was the choice. CMR was the GC for a overhaul/remodel of our 30 year old mountain home. Maybe the hardest projects are remodels since you never really know what you'll find when the work starts. Every time a challenge popped up they navigated with ease due to their experience and care. Eli and the team at Custom Mountain Renovations take such pride in the work that they do and it shows in everything from their clean workspace to the finished product. They were an absolute pleasure to work with and extremely considerate when working in our home (we were living there during the renovation). The beautiful kitchen renovation speaks for itself in the photos. What you can't see is the full package that they bring in their professionalism, communication, accountability and the overall experience.
Eli and the team at Custom Mountain Renovation (CMR) were absolutely amazing. CMR’s attention to detail is second to none, producing a finished product that significantly exceeded our expectations. We used CMR for a kitchen and den remodel while we continued to live in the home. Eli and his team were incredibly respectful and accommodating to our needs, cleaning up after everyday to ensure the house remained usable during the remodel. Custom Mountain Renovations has built decks, kitchens, & transformed interiors with flooring, paint, iron rails, and lighting, for both large and small properties for me. I have partnered with them for over 5 years in Summit County. Each project was met with professionalism and integrity. They are so popular that you will need to book months in advance! :-) I highly recommend them!
