Kimberly was the most helpful and professional mortgage broker I have worked with...and I have worked with many. Her breadth of knowledge and experience is unmatched. However, the most important quality is the fact she made me feel like I was her most valued and important client. Well, more than that -- I felt like family.
Kim is the most terrible person I have ever worked with. She is harsh, rude and have a high pitch of tone, very unprofessional. She wanted me to pay upfront to run the credit before she initiate the process and tried to convince me that it will be deducted in closing time but other lenders don't charge a penny to run the credit.
Kim took a lot of the stress out of being a first time home buyer. She worked with us every step of the way, was kind, and extremely knowledgeable. She went above and beyond every expectation and then some. She really went out of her way to help us buy a home and save money in the process. We highly recommend Kim for your mortgage needs!
