After waiting six months for repairs/replacement parts, my husbands chair back was assembled and installed upside down and arm rests not tightened. Seriously, can’t make this stuff up They bill insurance company for WARRANTY parts. Sooo wrong. Been waiting 6 months for repair. Back completely broken on my only mode of transportation. Can’t get in touch with anyone. No one calls back.

I can’t even begin to express how much I love this company and everyone who works in it. Forever grateful for the quality of care provided for equipment that is necessary to a selected group of magnificent human beings, including my son. His eyes lit up when he got his chair back from getting a tune up. Thank you Custom Mobility for all that you do!!
They really helped me out last week when my 16 year old lift decided to die on me. They got it back up and then got me a good deal on a newer used lift.
