By far the worst company. My Sons stander was picked up a week before Christmas it is now a couple of days before may and still no stander. I called 2 weeks ago and was told someone would reach out me and it still hasn’t happened and this isn’t the first time! I’m over it
Terrible customer service, several phone calls and no calls back. Seat back about to break and can’t get anyone on the phone. Salesman tells you two week turnaround time if chair needs to go in shop but you can’t get anyone to come look at it!!

I recently bought a new chair that clearly doesn't meet my needs regarding the front frame angle. My feet will not stay on the footrest. I told the salesman Greg I didn't want a chair with front angle frame that's bends back in at a sharp angle. He assured me he would not order it like that. He lied. He ordered QS5x with an 85° front frame angle. 75° would have been the right choice of the 2 options and I would have kept it.
