I recently bought a new chair that clearly doesn't meet my needs regarding the front frame angle. My feet will not stay on the footrest. I told the salesman Greg I didn't want a chair with front angle frame that's bends back in at a sharp angle. He assured me he would not order it like that. Rented a handicap accessible van from Custom Mobility while we were in the Tampa/Clearwater area. The van was in pristine condition and it was incredibly easy to work with Custom Mobility in setting up the reservations. Picking up the van from the airport with our contact, David, meeting us on a Saturday and then dropping it back off on a Tuesday afternoon was a breeze.Excellent customer service and it truly was a pleasure to work with the company.
