In July 2002, we moved into a new 28,000 sq. ft. facility in Largo, FL. built specifically to accommodate retail sales, service, and manufacturing. The facility was especially designed with features for our clients such as covered entrance and parking, ample sized restrooms, power door openers, and space to present the latest in assistive technology equipment.

I ordered a wheelchair. A guy came out and I inquired about a powered chair. He stated that Custom Mobility didn't sell those anymore. He took measurements for a manual chair. I asked for a red color for the frame. He said that Medicare wouldn't cover the cost. After a couple of months he brought the chair. It didn't fit. I needed adjustments.
