Please excuse my positive rant for Marty .. but this response is for you Surya Kalsi, You appear to be the quintessential high maintenance customer. YOU must not be talking about the same "Marty Barry" of Custom Mobile Electronics who I dealt with. I brought my Benz Cabriolet in specifically to him because I was referred by 5 other dealers who stated that he was the one to deal with and he knew european cars better than anyone. After bringing my brand new Porsche in rio Marty for a window tint, I received the car with a scraps of window film in the back seat. Needless to say, the driver's side window tint had a defect in it, and the back window film was warped. While driving at night all the headlights were fuzzy. So I took it back. Marty was apologetic and said he'd fix the problem. He put me in a rental car. Okay, Cool. When I picked up the car the next day, he said that the driver's side window had a hair in it and he replaced that at no charge.... read more
