I MADE AN APPOINTMENT FOR 2-5-2025 BETWEEN 8:00 AM AND 11:00. I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD CALL WHEN THEY ARE ON THE WAY. they did not come and or call. I have called office 3 times and left two messages, no one called back.
