Just had some issue with customer service. While I was explaining what had happened, she just cut me off and said it's probably manager's authority to handle it and took my name and told me that manager will call. it's been 3 hours and I haven't gotten a call from anyone.
This place is awful. Have been trying them since CAP shut down but finding a new milling center. Staff is often rude, uncaring and seems they can't be bothered. They have had 2 abutment/3 unit Zirconia bridge of mine for a full 2 weeks now. Terrible turnaround time with problem after problem. A tarnish to the Henry Schein brand, stay away.
I wouldn't recommend working here unless you are friends with or related to someone already working there. Any relationship with this company be it employment or business MIGHT start out great but it won't last long, I guarantee it.

I wouldnt suggest any person work for them- and a Large disconnect from management- which causes more distrust. Just so long as HR can put a smile on her and lie right to your face. disgusting place The pay- ? not good.
