Wonderful company! I was given a sports chest strap from a friend years ago and it needed to be replaced. I saw it was made by custom medical so I reached out. LaDonna was super helpful and had a replacement custom made and sent right to my door. Thanks so much Ladonna and team!
Very nice and caring staff
I rented a wheelchair for my mother-in-law; the staff here were very friendly and professional. The rental process was very efficient. The return process was efficient as well.
I live in Bradenton, but I will travel the short distance to “Custom” because the people there are so nice and knowledgeable
