Working with Custom Mechanical was a great experience. Damond took the time to thoroughly explain how a mini-split system works and helped us choose the best option for our cabin. On installation day, it was raining, and our gutters were overflowing—he not only cleared them out but even reattached one that had come loose! He truly went above and beyond. We’re loving our new mini-split and couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with Custom Mechanical.
Custom Mechanical was great to work with. They were punctual and provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. Our new AC was installed within just a couple of days, and Damond’s thorough approach during the initial walk-through gave us confidence in his expertise. There isn’t anything Damond cannot handle, had a tough situation at my house and was handled easily by him. Great communication throughout the job, very professional, pricing was a bonus as well. We will always refer Custom Mechanical.
We had a great experience with Damond from start to finish on our new furnace installation. His workmanship is top notch, he provided exactly what he said he would, and the furnace is running flawlessly. We had no hidden charges, I would recommend him for all heating and plumbing services.
