I had an issue with my kitchen sink and from the time I called Custom & Master Plumbing, to the time the technician came out to my house, it was an amazing experience! Luis was on time, professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable! He respected my home and made sure that everything was taken care of (even things I didn’t make mention of over the phone!) Thank you Luis and I would DEFINITELY recommend!

Didnt actually fix anything. Came out several times, had the wrong tools and the toilet isnt fixed - it has been a week.

Esta persona no le paga los trabajadores contrato a Ramón para instalar una bomba y no le pago y eso ase casi un año por 500 dólares ya no le contesto el teléfono y además esta compañía no debe trabajar en pozos de agua porque no tienen licencia para pozos de agua This person does not pay the workers he hired Ramón to install a pump and he did not pay him and that took almost a year for 500 dollars and I no longer answer the phone and also this company should not work in water wells because they do not have a license for wel... read more

I'll give them a star for the correct installation of a bidet in my master bathroom but that's all. (backgrounda: this bidet installation is part of another bathroom renovation, where we bundled up some work and have the contractor include this bidet installation as part of the whole package). The date after finishing the installation of said bidet, we noticed scratches on the travertine floor, these are superficial scratches that if you're not looking directly at the floor you'll not notice them. Custom and Master Plumbing updated all our plumbing during a major remodel 8 years ago and have responded to several plumbing requests since. Most recently they used their water jet line cleaner to flush all our buried gutter lines returning flow to our gutter once again. Carlos and his crew are smart, hardworking, respond quickly and enjoyable to have at our home or my office. I can't recommend them more highly for any plumbing needs.
