Didnt actually fix anything. Came out several times, had the wrong tools and the toilet isnt fixed - it has been a week.

I'll give them a star for the correct installation of a bidet in my master bathroom but that's all. (backgrounda: this bidet installation is part of another bathroom renovation, where we bundled up some work and have the contractor include this bidet installation as part of the whole package). Custom and Master Plumbing updated all our plumbing during a major remodel 8 years ago and have responded to several plumbing requests since. Most recently they used their water jet line cleaner to flush all our buried gutter lines returning flow to our gutter once again. Carlos and his crew are smart, hardworking, respond quickly and enjoyable to have at our home or my office. I can't recommend them more highly for any plumbing needs.
Amazing customer service by David, G and the team. Fixed an exterior leak in front of my property, quickly and reasonably priced. Will definitely use them again in the future for any plumbing needs!
