Awesome sales and service!!! They went above and beyond
A friend of mines son took a boat there several times. The boat had a fuel leak. Dan was the mechanic who worked on the boat. The boat was there for 6 months. Got ready to take the boat out on the water. Boat would not start!! Reason being the boat did not have 1 leak, now it had 5!! Make this right Dan!!!!
Custom Marine is an awesome place to buy a new boat. My wife and I were greatly helped in making our decision by Brad Lanier. He answered all questions and was very helpful in helping us customize our boat to meet our needs.
I had some issues with a new boat I purchased from them. It was a manufactures problem and needed to go back to the manufacture to be resolved. Custom Marnine did the right thing in making sure it didn't cost me anything including transportation to the manufacture and the issues were resolved. It took slightly longer than I would have liked, but I believe it was handled properly.
