Chuck is an absolutely amazing loan officer!! He is very knowledgeable and kind. He took hours upon hours of his time explaining the ins and outs of the loan process to us, making sure we felt confident and taken care of! He explained, in great detail, all of the amounts and what they were for, and he worked diligently to get us the best deals! He also made sure he was available to answer all questions.
