Steve, Bridget, Pernell and the team did an excellent job with our on-ground pool install. Communication lines were always open. We had a great experience with them. The team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. They kept us updated throughout the process and made sure everything was done the right way. Overall, we’re very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable pool company.
I had a pool installed in woodstock by them in June, Scott is the go to guy excellent service and best pricing around, I would recommend this company to anyone
An outstanding experience from the first time we walked into the store continuing through the sales process and to the delivery/installation date! No high sales pressure at all. Staff are very attentive and accommodating; they are quick to respond to any issues or questions. Our hot-tub and pool install went quickly and was on time. I purchased chlorine this week for the first and last time at this place. They sold me water! Not a drop of chlorine in either of the 2 jugs purchased. Edit: I called the store and they replaced bith jugs. I should have called in the first place.thanks.
