The post in google maps is very deceiving, and this is the reasons for my low stars score, not his work. This is not a "store"; the address is the guy's house, and he doesn't receive people there. I talked to him on the phone, while standing in front of what I thought was going to be a store; he was polite and told me he wants a text description with photos for the project. Is this place even in business anymore! I’ve tried several times to call. Left messages and emailed. Jim doesn’t pick up or call back. Sure would love a cedar hot tub, Jim.
I don't have enough good things to sat about Custom Leisure products and the redwood soak/hot tub they designed, built, and installed for me. This tub has been a dream of mine for a long time, and I had a lot of ideas for exactly what I wanted. Owner Jim Callaway, who has been making these tubs for decades, helped me avoid so many mistakes and also helped design something that is better than I could have hoped for. 11/15/17. I have now been using the tub for little over a year so I thought I would followup and let you know it has performed wonderfully. Have had no problems with leaks or any of the equipment. I have learned that it heats up much more quickly than advertised and I don't even keep it at an elevated temperature all the time. The water can go from about 60 degrees to 100 in less than an hour.
