Beware: Double check your invoices from Custom Lawn Sprinklers from Long Branch. I was overcharged $40 for a sprinkler tune up ($125) and when I called them to rectify the situation they told me that it was an “added charge” that they (admittedly) never informed me about. When I called back to clarify the new amount of $452 that was left on my voicemail the secretary hung up on me after telling me to use another company. On of the sprinkler heads was broken shortly after the spring turn on. I was calling multiple times, got a service visit scheduled multiple times and nobody showed up, not even a call, multiple times. This is after being a loyal customer for years. I guess they are only good for turning things on and off. Will not use them again.
