On time and efficient
On of the sprinkler heads was broken shortly after the spring turn on. I was calling multiple times, got a service visit scheduled multiple times and nobody showed up, not even a call, multiple times. This is after being a loyal customer for years. I guess they are only good for turning things on and off. Will not use them again.
