Ms. ***** we apologize for any inconvenience that our paperless billing system caused. We have done this as part of our efforts to go-green and many customers have found it easier. Also, our software indicated that the emails we sent you had been opened. However, per your request, we did change your billing preference back to mailed invoices and remailed the missed invoices.
