I have used Custom Laminates for 5 house remodels now (both kitchens and bathrooms) and they always do a great job! They have always had the countertops ready on time. I am getting ready to do another home and was looking for their phone number.
Awesome transaction. Denise was so helpful and delightful to work with. This place rocks.
Not impressed. They mis-measured the original countertop and had to remake it. For the 2nd install date, they promised to arrive at 9 a.m. The installer was on time (contract worker) but the countertop arrived 45 minutes late. That shows no respect for their contract worker and no respect for me as their client.
They measured for countertops twice and still cut the sink hole wrong. The installer Alex was arrogant and insulting. I was told “I do this for a living so don’t question me.” Not professional.
