These guys did a great job trimming and cleaning out 3 mature oak trees. John and Steve gave us an excellent price and their crew fulfilled perfectly. 2nd Experience with Custom - We hired this firm again to cut back approx. 12 large Birds of Paradise [8' - 14'] that didn't survive the freezing temps. Employees are courteous and worked quickly. We had Custom Lakefronts clean out lily pads and invasive vegetation on our shoreline. This is our third time working with them. The four guys on the crew worked all day, were respectful and nice, and did a great job!
Can't read signs of NO TRESSPASSING OR KEEP OUT. (and before its said he didnt see it he stood and looked at it as well as the camera) Then walks through yard to get to other houses rather then back down the driveway and using the sidewalk. When confronted about if it was common practice to just walk through people's yards He just gave smart ass remark about not hurting the lawn. Thats not how you deal with potential customers. Your sales team represents your company.
