I went to Custom Cuts to get my hair looking good for my 50 year class reunion. I told the barber I didn’t want the length of my hair changed I just wanted the back and sides faded in. He cut my hair in less than 10 minutes and when I got home and looked in the mirror he had cut my ponytail off that I had been growing for years. Why would you cut off somebody’s ponytail? I left for my reunion the next day. I will never go back there and would recommend this place to no one. Very unprofessional and unqualified to cut hair.
