Liz at Custom Kneads is the best you can get. I've been going to her for years and she always tends to my needs (stress). She is very accommodating with her massages and always give tip/advice of how to keep things loose or different stretches to do. I travel from Billerica out to her place in Lancaster and it is so worth it. She'll definitely take care you!

I had a great experience with Liz. I am in the gym a lot lifting weights and tend to be very tight a lot of the time. My upper back had been bothering me for a while and Liz worked that out for me. She was definitely able to apply the pressure I have been looking for in a massage. I would definitely recommend and already booked a second appointment.
