I had such a great experience having massage done here. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a massage by someone who listens to what you need & provides expert level care.
I’ve had many massages with many different therapists specializing in all kinds of technique but Liz is by far the best I’ve ever worked with. She is knowledgeable and helpful with tips for at home maintenance. She gives the right amount of pressure so I feel deep tissue release happening without any pain. Liz at Custom Kneads is the best you can get. I've been going to her for years and she always tends to my needs (stress). She is very accommodating with her massages and always give tip/advice of how to keep things loose or different stretches to do. I travel from Billerica out to her place in Lancaster and it is so worth it. She'll definitely take care you!
