Custom Kinetics' new location is bright, inviting, and clean in a way only private gyms can offer. I've worked with Geoff over the past five years and he's helped me get lean for my wedding and stay healthy during both my pre and post natal journeys. I would recommend CK to any friends or family looking for someone to help them feel strong and hit their fitness goals. I am so thankful for this team and a lifelong customer.

Their trainers are great. I went in for a strengthening class and learned a lot about having proper body posture when lifting that I didn't know about before. They were professional and were very knowledgeable!

Worth every penny and more. Although I have only being going to Custom Kinetics (CK) for a little over three months now – it has been a life changing experience. I was coming off a 7-month stint of NO exercise at all! July 2016 I woke up with a pinched nerve in my back and finally had correcting surgery correcting in November. I couldn’t have been in worse shape. I tried a simple walk in the neighborhood and proceeded to fall and fall hard – resulting in a fractured elbow and sprained tendon. CK has changed all of that. The BEST! Tim and I have worked together for too many years to count. A lifetime of back issues are now managed and minimized thanks to Tim's guidance. I've seen Tim and Geoff adapt their training to whatever the individual client's needs and goals may be....no matter what age, no matter what level of ability. Truly Custom. Go no further.
