Have one star cause I had too!Family does own and run this business but they definitely don’t treat employees that way!This business has lost many good employees.Some quit moved on to jobs that offer benefits(they offer none)other employees fired once they are not needed or due for a raise,paid vacation...even cutout their little Christmas bonus &gathering they used to have.Will Literally hire anyone off the street to work now,Got crackheads in the shop now that only care about getting work done so they can go get high...cra... read more
Wouldn't hire this place just based on the guys driving habits! Drives around in his Ford truck all stickered up with with his business. Watched him pass a semi (who was stopped for another semi blocking the road) almost creating an accident. If this is how he drives, just imagine the safety around his place!!!
Custom Iron Works is the best steel fabricator I've ever worked with. They're a family business with decades of experience. They know what they're doing, know what they're talking about, up front about pricing and timing and I'd recommend them to anyone.
