I rarely write reviews, but my experience with this closet installation company was so frustrating that I feel it’s important to warn others. From start to finish, the service was completely unprofessional. From start to finish the team was professional, responsive and thorough. Will work with them again!
We had a great experience with the designer and installers. They showed up on time and were very professional. The designer asked what our needs are and created a master closet that accommodated those needs. The installers explained the process and asked questions about aesthetics to make sure we would be happy with the finished product. They covered our floors and carpets to protect them and cleaned up before they left. I would recommend Closets by Design to friends and family based on our experience.
