Very pleased with the entire process. Design was simple but exactly what I was looking for/needed. Wanted to make a color change and they were more than willing to do so (obviously well before the install date). When installation day came, the installers (Ron and Aaron) called ahead and let me know their ETA. Once there, they were both polite, professional and efficient. A job well done! Great teamwork! Highly recommend for any type of closet installations in your beautiful homes. A full 5 star from me and my wife to Chris F (the designer), Ron and Orlando (the fantastic installers) and Glenn (the owner) who showed up in minutes for assistance in completing the project.
Chris M. led the team that installed our closet system. Both men were wonderful to work with and took great care and pride in their work. We are very happy with our new closet and would highly recommend Closets by Design.
