The experience was excellent from the very beginning. Gabi worked with me to design the perfect closet. She was amazing! And the guys that came and installed a wonderful polite, professional and answered any questions that I had.
Love my new closet! It’s exactly what I wanted (designer did a great job), beautifully installed and great experience with the company. A few things I wish were different: (1) there’s a significant discount if you sign up the day they do the design & quote. Very pressured to buy on the spot- wish I’d known that in advance. I have no idea if I got a competitive price or not because you can’t shop around. Edit: hired CIaD again in 2024 for a replacement of an ugly built in. I'm so pleased with the new cabinet, and the island. (2023 work) Bought an old house with sketchy small bathrooms. Despite some questionable past choices, they managed to turn out to very nice bathrooms for me. 1. Saved and repainted the vanity and medicine cabinet new tile, new lights. 2. Saved floor tile.
