I really can’t say anything negative about our experience at Carpet One. From the moment I stepped into the showroom, they were very pleasant and helpful. We were looking to replace all of the carpet on the main floor of our home. The questions Brent and his staff asked me helped them find the best carpet for our home. It was ordered and installed in a timely manner. Excellent service and a job well done! We would say that Carpet One deserves all the stars

We were very pleased from the beginning. Starting with meeting our salesperson Lisa, who has a great sense of design. It was an overwhelming time moving from the city to a home that needed carpet and flooring throughout. Lisa was a great assistance in helping us make so many choices.
