I stopped by around 4:57 PM to get some information, only to find the store already closed—despite both Google and a direct phone call to Custom Ink confirming they close at 6 PM. On top of that, the person who was there was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. Extremely disappointing experience. Between the incorrect business hours and poor customer service, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.
