Made two separate appointments with Josh Morvant of Contracting Development Resources (the phone number listed for this business is the same) and he did not make either appointment. He did not contact me after making either appointment to tell me he would be late or needed to cancel. Both times we agreed to were windowed times so it did end up wasting a lot of my time on 2 different days. Very disappointed.
