I got 3 bids they were all pretty close. I researched the equipment and Carrier is one of the top 2. I was impressed with Jacobs professionalism he answered all my questions so i could understand. The HVAC was installed in 3-4 days. I was really happy with the guys who put the new stuff in ,i would highly recommend all 3 of the people i dealt with. Very Happy with the whole process
They were great to work with. I got a text when they'd be here mentioning the installer by name and they showed up right on time and completed the job promptly with high quality.
We recently had a new AC and furnace installed by Custom HVAC. Troy spent a significant amount of time going over all of our new equipment options, financing, installation process etc. His team showed up on time and were extremely efficient and professional and finished the job in one day. The clean up post install was amazing - immaculate!
