Our old furnaced died during a cold spell and Custom HVAC Solutions was right there for us! They were fast, efficient, affordable and WARM! Highly recommend them for service!
Custom HVAC Solutions installed the furnace in my new cabin in 2024. They were great to work with, I have had no issues. Recently I had a problem with the thermostat, I called Jake and he made some suggestions over the phone. I made the changes, however, I had some additional questions and when I called back, Jake was out of town. In a very short time Troy called and helped me through the issues, and it works great. Fantastic customer service. I highly recommend them.
They were able to replace my aging furnace and install a new AC unit pretty quick after I contacted them for a quote last year. They did a great job with the install. They also went above and beyond when I was having issues with the recent cold weather we had (no issues with the furnace, only my propane tank regulator which they figured out). Jake was very responsive to my messages & phone calls, including the middle of the night. I would recommend them for their pricing and their customer service anytime
