Absolutely horrible service, you cannot contact the reception by phone, the online appointment system pushes you to 111 for most conditions. This is one of the surgeries that effectively have their patients clog up the local hospital's urgent care unit, Appalling service .
I have filled up for my little bit serious problem 2 time but I haven’t got any response from this GP. We pay yearly but don’t get proper care.Just disappointed.
Going from bad to worse in an imaginative range. To get an appointment it is like rolling the dice. To be seen on time worse I have been waiting 20 minutes for a 4 o'clock appointment , I ask the receptionist and she said ther is a person before me. I was 6 minutes late for an appointment when the strikes was going on a few weeks ago and I was rejected be the doctor. So the need to give the same lead way as we the to wait for them, they need to come down from the pedestal.
Always answer phones respectfully and promptly. Appointments have been handled appropriately for myself and children. I’m really happy with the services here!
Can’t fill out online rubbish. Can’t talk to anyone. What are the actually doing?
