Dr didn’t listen to patient insult for the condition just focus on there time not concern for patient situation and pain very bad experience

I have been using this GP for 16 years now, and all the receptions have always been super nice, lately the phone has been answered by a new lady called Jennifer I’m not sure if she talks this way to everyone but she’s always rude and shouts on the phone I was simply asking her about my mothers results as I was concerned and she kept shouting at me and giving sarcastic comments, after I asked her why she was shouting at me and being rude she started to lower her tone and said everything is recorded sarcastically and continued... read more
The GP’s here have always helped me specially on the last couple of occasions when I was struggling with my back and a very bad hay fever. They make it a point to call you back and prescribe the right medication. I would like to thank the lady doctor who called me on both occasions and gave me the best medical treatment. You are the best, thank you so much🙏
In 10 years came 7 mins late just once and been told doctor wouldn't be able to see me. I bet if I checked in on time in these 7 mins I wouldn't even be called for my appointment as each time coming I would always wait 10 min plus to be seen and not once on time!!! Just want to send a message to the "one" who did not accept to see me today: what goes around, comes around!
