I waited 10 months to write this review. After almost a year i can say that building a house is stressful and so are timelines. we had some communication issues and some disagreements but that is to be expected when you are building your dream home. In the end, after everything was said and done CHOV built a beautiful home and we love it. The craftsmanship has held up and our one year after touch up list was very minor. Even though the process was stressful the end product is our dream home.
They are land sharks ... 🦈 will not stop calling us about land we have in York county.... The first ten times we have said NO we are not interested in selling was not good enough apparently. I definitely would never consider for a build strictly based on the inability to listen to potential client... sales 101 in my book.
We originally left a 1-star review due to several frustrating issues following the completion of our custom home build. While some of those concerns remain unresolved regarding workmanship and some items marked as "fixed" that still require attention, we want to acknowledge that the company is actively working with us to address all of these matters.
