I started this process in January with Matt and let me tell you, he was very helpful. Every question I had was answered, and he told me what steps to take, and was with me guiding me every step of the way during my home buying process. I highly recommend him. Overall I had some amazing people helping me. If you’re looking to buy go to custom homes ask for Matt, customer service is A1.

We are very happy with our purchase from here. Brittany went through all of the options and answered a ton of questions. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of them. The pricing was transparent, and they offered great add on options to improve the home like brick skirting or a screen porch. (We got both) They never told me a lie, and I would go back to them again without hesitation.
