I am a 72 year old widow who lives alone on a 35 acre ranch with a house, barn, shop, arena, and 2 guesthouses—LOTS of repairs and maintenance needed. Over the past few months, Greg has worked on: electrical problems; sprinkler repair; metal siding replacement; drywall and painting; demolishing a shed; even installing Starlink and helping me set it up. And more. He is professional, neat, and personable; his pricing is reasonable and transparent. I feel lucky to have found someone like him whom I can trust and depend on.

Greg Sonntag and his C.S.I. team completely transformed our large, dark unfinished basement into a wonderful living space for our home in Fort Collins! This project had multiple challenges to overcome, but Greg and his subs were up to the task. We used Custom Home Innovations when a water line in our house broke and flooded our basement and kitchen. The owner "Greg Sonntag " worked very well with us to make our repairs and updates as stress free as possible. He and his crew did an outstanding job and gave us the kitchen and basement of our dreams. I would highly recommend this company to anybody!!

Custom Home Innovations remodeled my kitchen and did some beautiful custom wood work. Greg Sonntag is honest, open, and upfront in his business dealings and takes pride in his craft. CHI probably won't be your lowest bid, but the reasons for additional cost are clear and the relationship with an honest contractor and the work done is worth it.
