I asked for an installer to come and properly install and set up the drawers in a newly-delivered console unit (the seller of the unit would pay for this service). I was told that it would be two weeks before they could send someone. I emailed numerous times 2 weeks and 3 weeks later but received no response to my email. I emailed another person in the same company but still there was no response. Now after wasting 3 weeks I have to contact other companies.
