Edit: The kind ladies at Niche we’re able to make this “right” with us. They are replacing the table we originally bought with an undamaged one in the color of our choice. Props to DeeDee and her professionalism Purchased a table from Niche that sells their furniture. After purchasing it has been damaged twice since it was taken off showroom floor. We bought it a week ago and still not delivered They want to repair it instead of replacing it. Not standing by their promise to give you top quality for a fair price
Sharon had so much patience working with us to choose the perfect bedroom set. I can never make a decision but when we custom ordered our Winesburg set she spent time making sure we felt comfortable with the custom finish and hardware. When the set was delivered today along with our new Sydney mattress I couldn't help but smile. Even the delivery guys were kind and complimented our choices. I would buy again from this place!
Three weeks after I was supposed to get my furniture I could not get my sales person to answer a call or email to see why it was delayed . When I called the store they said I would have to wait for my sales person to contact me. The furniture was quality and I am completely satisfied with that aspect but I will not use this company again.
