BEWARE , Anthony Marino is a unethical person to work with, I was trying to buy a home from him and his partner Custom Home Builders and he ran my credit before giving me a contract and i now know why.. The contract was VERY shady , He would not let me submit a REAL Florida contract through a realtor or edit the current contract i paid a lawyer to look over, Lawyer said DO NOT. My boyfriend and I bought our home in December. It’s heavenly 😊 Luis and Anthony were a pleasure to work with. They still show up and help with our projects and little changes here and there. I already have and will refer Custom Home Builders to anyone looking for a more modern twist for your home.

My wife and I recently purchased a home from Custom Home Builders. We loved everything about our experience. The house is awesome! Luiz and Anthony were awesome! Their communication with us throughout the entire process was incredible. They coordinated everything and we could not be happier with our new home. My wife and I had been planning to build a home for over a year. I have read most of these review comments and it is no exaggeration when people expressed that with Luiz, everyone is family. Luiz over the years has moved mountains for my wife and I with the many projects we have done and are currently doing. Luiz's and his team has undertaken a large pool project for my wife and I and it's looking fabulous...can't wait to dive in. MIKE MANGOLD. With all due respect to representation of our company. Firstly, he and his wife are both licensed realtors who entered into an AS-IS contract on a spec home. We graciously allowed them to choose certain finishing’s such as Tile, cabinetry and house color etc. They had purchased their own appliances and light fixtures for the property.
