Dale from Custom Heating & Cooling is my hero! We had all sorts of issues at our cabin and thought it was the furnace. He helped troubleshoot inside and out and found we had had a lightning strike on our ground at the pole that was causing everything. Fixed it and we were back in action. (Ironically, when I asked Dale where he lived he said he had been out to our place once before. He was driving in the ambulance that took one of our hunting buddies who had had a heart attack in ‘91 during a big snow storm to the hospital.).... read more
Our furnace went out and we were given the news it had led a good, long furnace life and it was time for a new one as well as ac unit. They were prompt, knowledgeable, professional, and explained everything they were doing. They were respectful to me and they were great with pets. We put in a new furnace, ac unit, and had our vents cleaned. Their prices were very fair. I’d recommend them to any friend.
Normally prompt and easy, the customer service rep was blunt and in a hurry and hung up on me, price was high and insane. Their website has nothing to help when I wanna set up a payment plan for a aggressively high bill, I definitely don’t wanna call and deal with customer service again
Horrible service. They installed a whole home humidifier for us. Took alot of phone tag to get it done. Now that it is time to put it use. It does not work!! Been waiting a week and a half for some one to get back to me to come fix. They must have enough business and don't need anymore. So good for them!!
Way too expensive. $190 just to step in your door!
