We first called them Easter weekend. They've "fixed" the A.C. twice. Both times it has broken again within a week. It's July 13th and we've had a total of two weeks with A.C. the entire Summer. Putting us in a precarious situation as both my boyfriend and I work full time and watch his grandma but no one will watch her where it's 94° in the house. Then we come home to a house that we can't even sleep in. Yet they charged us 2k, despite the parts being covered by a warranty.

We have used custom heating and air several times. They have always answered calls and quickly dispatched help. This past Friday they made me look great to a vacation house by being there super fast and got the air conditioning up and running quickly. Would recommend them for your needs!
