Used this company to fix our AC unit. They told us we needed a second return and some work. They put one in next to our fireplace and in the same room just a few feet from our other return. We wanted it in a different spot but we're told it wouldn't work. The repairs and return cost us $1,575.00. Within a few weeks of having our AC fixed it broke again. Honestly, the best service and price in the Jacksonville area. The Goodman units I have work fantastically. Have a 10 year warranty on parts and Custom Heating provided a bid and stuck to that bid price. That was 3 years ago. Recently I had a surge strike that caused some damages and they promptly came, rewired and set up protection. Again, at a much more reasonable price than you would expect.
