Had a new boiler fitted 2 years ago and on a service plan with Custom Heat. Efficient, quick, courteous and polite. I would highly recommend them.
Had two visits today, one for detailed discussion on potential work and the other for a boiler service. Both engineers very knowledgeable and experienced, happy to discuss and for me to ask questions. Couldn't have asked for better service, above and beyond at times as well. Would certainly recommend!
Unfortunately the engineer didn’t switch off the water on the boiler , after a leak was discovered. Flooded the whole of my kitchen and had to call an emergency plumber .
Lee was excellent, very professional, contentious and always cleared after every job
Fast response and great communication, oil boiler serviced within a few days. Very friendly, efficient service at a good price.
