I first purchased my heated floor kit from Steve at custom heat about a year ago while doing a bathroom renovation. It has been so good, the bathroom feels very different because the floor warms the room and it’s so nice to use now. The kit is provided with personalised instructions and is easy to follow. It's very rare that you find one who actually goes out of their way to help and Steve does just that. When I contacted Steve to get gear for my current project, I needed it quickly. He got me sorted same day and I'm installing at 7am next day. This is why Customheat is my go to supplier for floor heating.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Went out of his way to help me with my very small heated carpet floor for my media room. Highly recommend, especially for larger jobs.
