Darn thing quit working. Again. A service tech came out only had to wait 7 days. Not so bad. He took a look at the stove and ran a few tests and determined that it was dirty. I clean it weekly but not the deep dive he did. Well a long story short it is doing it's thing and his skills and knowledge have us warm and toasty. Our pellet stove quit working and the store we purchased It from was having staffing issues "like everywhere" to get a service person out. The product is great, the installers were very professional. The only negative was the installation materials cost $1,000 more than quoted. A call was done to ask about preference in installation options, but it was never stated the cost difference of $1k between the options.
I'm sure we have all experienced it before, You call a place to find out if they have what you are looking for and they tell you they do; When you get there you find out they do not Custom hearth is one of those places. The people are nice, the show room is clean and nice looking.
